What is making Alpha 2+ unbalanced?

Any time you can go in period garb, do it for the looks. Also have some good answers to obvious questions. Im a mideival reenactor and its great to see the looks when your in costume. When they ask if your in a play or an actor and you say no we always dress like this. Or what do you do, ( carring a great sword or sword and sheild in armor) and we say were in the busines of hurting people

I’m not thinking it possible to take England with Germany.  Not early in the game anyway. (Defined = First 5 rounds of play.)

I agree that 92 is probably better than 91.

A very good idea. As it is now I don’t think I wil, ever buy a new one. I usually don’t buy them anyway, except for coastal defense as Germany. But with them being operational in the invaders next turn would make them worth more, even compared to vanilla Global rules.

Calvin it’s actually 3-4 spaces away!  I haden’t even considered adding the Scot fig to al Taranto battlbe…  yikes… ait may not be as favorable for Italy as I think… need to play this out again tonight.

I think that japan should be able to build a major in china because it is a starting territory but they marked them Chinese so we know where the ACME walls are

And keep in mind that alpha is not the final setup. Larry has expressed doubts that something is wrong with alpha and is waiting for someone to “break” the alpha setup. Hopefully, at the end of all this, we will get a setup that is as balanced as possible
