    btw… do you see any original british territories on the pacific map that england/pacific does not currently control? that’s a $5 NO for calcutta… i don’t see any right now, but i may be overlooking something. anyway… add $5 to calcutta’s bank. also, add $12 to russia’s bank for japanese declaration of war…

    London get’s the 5IPC for territories control… they always do in UK1, no one can remove it from them.
    Calcutta, on the other hand, gets that bonus only when at war with Japan… so most likely never at UK1.

    About Russia, so you know, they only get it at the beginning of their turn. It won’t matter here, but in case that (in very late turn) Japan declares on Russia… but German take over Moscow at their following turn (so before Russia can play and collect that extra 12IPC), German would not loot that extra 12IPC… and Russia would not get it neither, since their Capitol is under Germany’s control.

    yep, that’s right. england/calcutta has to be “at war” to get the no, and they are not. so subtract $5 from my map. good point on the russian extra income, though i’ve never seen it come into play that germany takes moscow before the russians can get the $12 extra…

    italy is up… new map with 2 british inf moved to rhodesia, and calcutta’s income reduced.
