Not any nation… London and Calcutta each has there side of the global map. Even if London is under occupation, India can’t collect income from Europe map and vice-versa. If you rather take Morocco with 2 US Inf, it’s ok with me. I know it would affect Gibraltar rolls, but still, I’ll let you do so if you wish.
For CPR, you have to put England’s flag or leave it for Russia to take… and still be Italy’s meanwhile.
