I’m testing the Japanese attack Midway round 1 theory, and it seems to be going swimmingly for us. (get it, the transports are swimming!)
Generally when you see Japan attack round 1, they take the Philippines. It’s been two rounds of not taking it, probably be a lot more to come, but it seems to be working out better without them. I didn’t have to send units to take it, to defend it, etc. Of course, America is getting 7 IPC a round for it. (5 NO, 2 territory) but trade-offs…
