Remember for Low luck, you always take stuff that would hit the most for next round, even if it costs more

hit the least you mean?
One would take a destroyer off the battleboard before a cruiser because the cruiser has a punch of 3 while the destroyer has a punch of 2. Take teh cruiser instead of the fighter since the cruiser has a punch of 3 but a defending fighter has a punch of 4, even if the fighter costs less.
