Yeah. after 1943 the US advance was more slowed down by logistical considerations rather than Japanese resistance.

@general-6-stars I have a physical map that I have made. It’s mostly rules i am trying to develop. Thanks for showing me your map.

Sweden

Round 1
Taking territories

Round 2
Sweden Blizting into Russia
Turkey going into russia
Borders are reached @ Turkish owned Yugoslavia and French owned North Ital

Round 3
Sweden and Turkey are close to bordering
Turkey lands in South Italy, cuasing France to split forces

Round 4
major fail battle for the Turkey, Turkish fleet attacks French fleet
Sweden meets Turkish
Sweden lands in Poland

Round 5
France retreats due to massive forces of Sweden and Turkey
Turkey rebuilt its fleet and destroyed the French fleet

Round 6
Sweden attacks Paris, but fails. :-o
Turkey attacks Paris, and wins :-D
France is gone… :-(

Round 7
Sweden attacks Turkey in Russia, Turkey won, but had only 2 or 3 units left.

Then just like 3 rounds of Turkey marching up to sweden.
Then on round 11 or 12, turkey took sweden and WON!!! :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

That what I am doing with El Alamein is play testing and then setting victory conditions

Ya to be honest I’m only on cause its the weekend and track seasons over  :-D

yah, with three diffrent idealogies competing for contol, that would be cool, but i was going for a game that was a little less black and white

leaders of arab countires are more often allied with western powers than with Islam, Russia and China are not on the best terms either, and in this game i am going to make it possible for Russia and China to have full scale war with each other. Also its not like the US, UK, and France are able to agree on eyerthing either. I think it is best if they are seperate powers.

sure their will still be too sides, NATO, headed by the US, and the Warsaw Pact, headed by the Soveits. but the alliances are not set.
In fact at the start of the game all countries should still be at peace. each power can either buy NATO or WARSAW Pact vicotry points with 10 IPCs, of course doing that lowers the effectiveness of their armies the next turn, and so should only do this when they are not expecting attack

THe US and USSR are the only countries that start out active, If  US/UK/France are attack all of those countries can become active, of course I am going to have diplomacy rolling that can weaken or change the NATO alliance

China, and India are different. You can gain control of them diplomaticly or you can attack them to makes them active. if you attack one, the other becomes contoled by your alliance

The diplomacy thing will be clearer later, I also might make diffrent national objectives for each contry so that when you have more than two players, diplomacy can be represented by people instead of dice rolls.

Remember i have also seen the pieces trhat go with the game. The first print is 2,000 copies at 100 bucks each. If he sells out he will immediatly issue a second printing all with nation specific units. That is the plan… to reinvest the money into another print but with expanded units. Everybody please buy a copy. The game is great and worth every penny.
