I have a question in about friendly minors, whereas, I’m trying to find out if one of my FTR’s from Cpr can fly to SZ99, kill the Italian Trans there and land on Crete. I think the answer is no but I’d like to reserve the right to do that during my combat move if the answer is yes. If you’re ok with that, I’ll move forward w/the Anzac move, then we can change the Brit combat move if the answer is yes. Is that ok?

No you cannot land in pro allies. Only once you have NCM into them in aprevious round. Only the UK and ANZAC may NCM into the Dutch territories without capturing them. This is the only exception.
