  • You did not do the strategic bombing raid correctly. Your S. Bmbr’s do you not fire during the interceptor phase. Only interceptors and escorting FTR’s do. You had no escorting FTR’s. So, my AA gun got a hit on one of your S. Bmbr’s. But you rolled for both S. Bmbr’s. However, since your there was only one remaining S. Bmbr that bombed the factory, you take the first dice you rolled, which was a “1” as your dice for the damage + 2 added to the dice makes a total of 3 damage, not 6.


  • So I don’t lose any FTR’s. You lose 1 S. Bmbr and I take 3 damage on the factory.


  • 8. Strategic Bombing Raids procedure:
    • Escorts fire @1, and interceptor casualties are immediately removed.
    • Bombers fire @ 1 and interceptors fire @ 2. Remove bomber and interceptor casualties (escorts may be taken as casualties only after all bombers are eliminated).
    • Surviving bombers are assigned a specific target (IC, airbase or naval base) if more than one type is in the territory.
    • The target fires its AA defenses at the attacking aircraft - @1
    • Surviving bombers attack their target, looking for the highest number possible.

    When bombing, each Strategic bomber rolls one die and 2 is added to each die result, giving the total number of hits the target will receive. Gray chips are placed under the target for each hit received.

    S.Bombers do fire . I chose the 2nd dice being the 4 to hit the IC because the first dice of mine was hit by the first dice of yours being a 1. Logical I thought. So everything stays as is. United States turn.


  • Also, bottom of page 17 i have set this up the same way before and you did not comment. I can also show 2 other games where I have set it out like this and it has not been a problem.


  • Also your 3 Trans in SZ36 can’t reach SZ6. Please let me know where you’d like them to go?
