UK obliterated the Italian navy at Taranto (excellent choice given the G1 into Russia), Regia Marina hit back some, but is certainly living on borrowed time

ok, well good game, and fwiw you fought much like a top tier player tbh, except for maybe taking unnecessary risks with big battles that show a bad avg tuv, imo, but i understand where you’re coming from and there’s always the attacker’s advantage of being able to retreat.

A more accurate statement would be, rather than the ELO difference, another challenging game against a top-tier opponent. I spend a lot of extra time on some league games and especially challenging turns, because I don’t trust my “feel” quite yet still
