But, as I’ve said many a time, Japan has been marginalized by round 8 (now) to round 10 (two rounds from now) and you’ll have America to contend with pretty soon, in a decent sized force…not that I’ve neglected putting ships out for America in the Atlantic or anything.

yeah, that’s the big difference in this module… america is an absolute monster once they get in the war. and there isn’t just a whole lot the axis can do about it. kinda mirrors history, i suppose. but the krauts have to get busy. the italians are a happy little bunch right now, and might be able to help japan, although the south pacific is pretty much a lost cause for now…

Italy generally ends up happy. There’s not a whole lot the Allies can do about them except to slow them down on Round 1.
