On TripleA I set all sides to the Fast AI to guarantee equal players. As you can see, the Allies clearly won:

You get to spend all of your starting money at the start of your first turn. At the end of your first turn you get the IPC value of all of the territories you control (plus the value of every National Objective met). That money from the end of your first turn will be your starting money at the start of your second turn. Continue until game ends.

You should check out Young Grasshoppers videos for global(you’ll see all the units on the Europe map at start-up)
  Sometimes I find units do sort of spill over into nearby zones.In our last game we had a lot of units parked in Romania.We parked aaa guns and air units in the black sea and just announced that they’re all in Romania.Point the noses of the planes at the territory you want them to be in so there’s less chance of confusion.

Yes it would, printing out the set ups can get messy and lost easily, it would be nice to have a proper book…also a shame about missing out on all the awesome pieces.
