prefer sending files back and forth. started thread if you want to do germany. really liberal with edits-moving pieces forgotten etc. like the idea of making decisions for your opponent such as scramble, submerge, intercept, casualties etc. to move game along. I hate sitting down to play and after a few minutes have to wait for scramble decision. you can just play in local mode if you like. I dont get dice rolls because of gmail account. borysowiczmike@gmail.com if you want to set up so you get my dice rolls.

Hi, I’m convinced that Axis don’t stand a single chance in OOB (Out of the Box) rules. In fact, I don’t understand how the game was printed out with that set of rules. I can prove it to you, I’ll take Allies anytime against anybody, but will never ever play axis again, just time consuming…
That beeing said, I suggest you to look at Alpha2 rules. They are way better, specially with new Nations Objectives.
