FOOL ME! I completly forgot to move that DD during Non combat moves, it wasn’t my wish to leave it there. :xYour figter can’t join battle. Don’t know if you meant it to stay in z92 or at Gibraltar itself (please could you specify if this scenario occurs again), but in both case I don’t see where it can land. Anyway, yes, fighter will scramble… trying to hit something more valuable than a footman.

I should have split my two subject more clearly… for the Fighter I was talking about Gilbraltar, where you say :

Therefore : 10 +3 + 4 + 5 = 22.
Just for your information, G40 module adds up IPC for territories and convoys. -
