How does PBEM with A&A:E work?

No problem with accurate IPC, and setup.
Balance is easily solved by victory condition and game rules.
(rather than false data)

Since the map is Europe alone its an opportunity to use a real map. Download a free vector map and go from there.

Partisan Resistance
When the Wehrmacht rolled into the Soviet Union in World War II, it got more than it bargained for. Soviet citizens fought fiercely against German occupiers, engaging in raids, sabotage, and intelligence gathering.
You may end the battle after first round of combat when you attack, and stay in the same territory as the enemy. These units are locked in combat and can not move out of this territory before the opposing force is destroyed.

This last NA would let a minor Russian infantry-corps attack a larger German panzer army, and if some russians survive, they can stay in this territory and lock the panzer-army in combat. There are historical reasons to back this rule up. Since most Russian territories had forests, swamps, mud, dirt-roads only, and a long cold winter, it was easy to bug down the German advance. Russian units would hide in the forest, let the German panzers through, and then close the gap and do ambush-attacks. Also the russian winter would kill more germans than the bullets. Half of the attackers would freeze to death, or be sick from frostbites and cold desies, just like Napoleons Grande Armee 100 years earlyer.

Do you think this is a better NA than Rasputista or should I replace it with any other NA of Russia?

With heavy rains the landscape changed in a blurry mess of mud where vehicles and men got stuck and were unable to advance.
Once during the game in your collect income phase, you can declare a Rasputista. Until the start of your next turn, no combat movement for land units is allowed in any red territory.

I agree. I am the only one who knows all the rules when I play so every game I end up having to look up certain rules and prove I’m not making it up etc. to my idiot friends who always forget them (cause they just ask me, and then when they dont like what they hear they argue until I prove them wrong with the rules.) It speeds up a game A LOT if EVERYONE knows the rules. Its also an advantage to know ALL of the rules if someone else doesnt cause then you can do stuff they didn’t think or know about cause there lazy ass didt read the book.

I increaase the size of my map using photo shop. I forget the actual size, but it was about six feet long. I then divided up some of the land and sea units into smaller units. This will increase game play and the time. I did all this in photo shop. I then burnt it to CD and to it to Kinkos. They have a supper large color printer. I printed the whole thing and they laminated it to. Of course it cost me about $40 bucks, but it was worth it. I know have a real clean and clear color map with almost 1/2 more spaces and is 6 feet long by 4 feet (i think) and is laminated. I can use a dry erase pen on it if I want to and roll it up and take it anywhere. I also use a 6 large page claps (you can get them at any office supply store) and clap it to any table.
This is the only way to go!!!
