@captainwalker Can you fix the set up so the planes can land on newly built carriers? I think I messed that up.
1940 GLOBAL -EPIC 2- Alpha+.2 Gargantua/Canuck12 (Axis) VS Kungfujew/Kobu

Sorry if my posts seem rude, they don’t intend to be, I just finished at work is all LOL, long day in construction!
-
Also, if I am not mistaken, an Amphibious assault activates Kamikazes, infact, I am certain they do, now your maneuver into Marianas, would activate them. Hence why if you move there you would face those attacks.
Worse, you should KNOW that you can’t move TWICE, come on man :P
-
I’m moving out of the combat in sz 6 with the units I don’t want to fight, and then moving them their second movement in the non com phase.
It’s like if a tank blitz’s into an undefended territory during the combat move, and then moves out in the non com phase of the same turn -
Kobu! Keep your boy on a leash! Can you fix/figure this out on your turn?
-5 artillery for china, assumedly becomes 6 men keep 2 IPC’s placed in Kiangsi
-Navy Remains at Iwo Jima ? ? I wouldn’t normally care, but there is an issue with Kamikazes, and now dice are rolled :S :S :S :(Canuck!
-Japanese still need to fix issue with Mec/Art -
You can’t MOVE in the Combat Phase, and then move again in Non Combat, unless it’s an aircraft. PERIOD.
Sorry. Ask for a clarification if you want, but that’s the Rule.
Your Combat move, was to MOVE AWAY.
-
A tank does it’s WHOLE MOVE in the combat phase, in and out. Not In, and then out later.
-
China dissassembles it’s artillery and constructs men instead. IPC’s adjusted and 5 art exchanged with 6 inf.
If Japan wants to use the kamekazi attacks then it has to spend a boat. I’m not going to give you 6@2 for free ;)
-
I’ll post the question and we’ll get an answer from krieg. If nessissary then you can take your kamikazee attacks.
-
-
Now that it was ever so politely pointed out, I have checked the rulebook and you are indeed correct
-
Since, as you pointed out, dice were rolled, I’ll keep the navy at Imo Jima and move one transport from Hawaii there since it was a walk in at sz 22 and the 2nd transport is completely unnessissary for victory.
-
Don’t worry, I’ll forgive your tongue lashing because I too have had a 60+ hour work week. :P
-
So the navy at Iwo means no Kamakazies.
Looks like you guys hashed it out so there’s no need for me to wade in.
Glad we could come to a friendly agreement. ;-)
Look forward to the other moves… this is not what i was expecting from the Arsenel of Democracy…
-
Also to G. - All Japanese placements are as intended.
-
You were expecting more of a frontal assault? Don’t worry, give it a few turns. ;)
-
Thanks Kung for being a good sport :D
As for the movements… yea… I REALLY have absolutely NO idea how this game is going to end lol. Epic was right for the title. Definetely interesting. Feels like the real war when I get into it! Well atleast the rudimentray strategy/logistics/ guessing game side of things :P
