@Curtmungus your honor of being more famous than me is quite deserved. I salute you.

@Imperious:
Northern Indian/ and or Bangladesh is the best food, but American Breakfast food is very close behind. But its easy to grow tired of Indian food due to its richness. Hotcakes and Bacon or Chili cheese omelet is very hard to dislike.
Polynesian food is really nice too.
A third choice is Persian food and food from Uzbekistan/Tajikistan. Very different and good. Try Plov, its great if done correctly!
I really hate Thai food ( with a passion)
Breakfast is so versatile, it can be served at any meal. Why the hate for Thai?
If you dont like corndogs then I have no time for you.
Steaks are boring and anything above medium rare or using A1 steak sauce might as well Be a Steakum. Also, bacon.
I like corndogs, its just not my top 5.
Just a tease, man. But I do believe what I said for steaks. At least for myself…eat it however you want. I don’t think many people understand the rare -> well done ratings for cooking steaks though. I made a two burgers for a couple, both wanted medium rare. The girl complained that it was pink and wanted me to cook it longer (to well done, no where near what she said to cook it originally) and the guy whispered to me that he’s never had a better medium rare burger at a cookout. And the guy that owned the grill not only cooked them to well done, but cooked them so hot that they were pretty much burnt because he liked them “crispy”. I don’t understand that…

LOL…
Just relax…
I have done this comment intentionnaly just to see the reaction.
I don’t know why but I’m not surprised at all.
I go in USA 3 or 4 times per years.
I have to admit that the restaurants are better.
But the fact is all of doubt.
There’s no american cuisine.Now I have e to leave.
Kraft Diner is ready…I’m GG. I is never chill! Kudos for reaction getting. Well, I wouldn’t say that. I had some good Chinese up in Canada, but of course that’s not speaking for all their restaurants. It does depend on where you are. In Texas they have nothing good except burgers and steaks.

Tex-Mex food is my favorite. (Mexican food that has been Texanized ). Second is AUTHENTIC Chinese food, and not the stuff from panda express or “Chinese” buffets. Third would have to be BBQ. Forth good old steak, medium. and last would have to be Cajun food, love the spicyness.
I hear you. I had that crap (Panda Express) once and I learned never again. Vomited that stuff up and was sick for a week. Steak is amazing stuff! Tenderized and Rubbed down with spices and the cooked with a veneer of butter on top. Mashed Potatoes with skins still in them is a must if you eat steak though!

No matter what type of food you like though… Its always A MILLION times better when you go to eat it in that country, and in most cases a fraction of the cost… However the airfare to get to whatever food you enjoy the most might be costly haha

Italian and Chinese are my favorites (especially the chinese restaurant down my street). But when you eat REAL gourmet French food… no comparison to anything :-o
