Using a friendly power's transport to make a combat move. I need confirmation.

from what I can see when running sims, I test with germany attacking with every landunit that can reach (7 I , 4 M, 3 A,  6 T ) V (1 AAA, 6 I, 2 A,  , 2T , 1 Ftr)  it gives germany 99.9% chance of winning about 24 IPC of loss

If you compare that too
(7 I , 4 M, 3 A,  6 T, 2 F, 2Tac ) V (1 AAA, 12 I, 2 A,  , 2T , 1 Ftr) , it gives about 99% chance of winning with 46 IPC loss

So, those 18 IPC used, gives immidiatly about 22 IPC lost for germany, and keeps 2 ftrs and 2 tacs away from the brit.

(if germany brings less planes to france, the chance of winning for the defender goes up fast, and the losses goes upp really fast)

And looking at it, you actually made the last post there. I’m confused, and I’ll shut up now.

Japan needs to take Hawaii or Sydney to get a VC win, thats all you need to do with the US in the Pacific - stop either of those from happening, spend the rest of your resources sending the US into N.Africa, and once big enough Rome.  Italy is going to have to choose between pulling back from taking Egypt or taking the chance the combine UK/US forces take Rome as early as round 5/6

Another thing I noticed about the setup is that some of the starting incomes aren’t correct. For example, Japan starts out with 31 (which is correct according to the setup), but they are not at war with any of the Allies, except for China, so they should receive that NO.

This setup has them already occupying French Indo-China. That $10 NO for being at peace with the Western Allies includes Japan NOT invading FIC. Therefore, that NO is cancelled.

It looks like everyone has a lot more stuff in this setup. UK Europe seems to have roughly the same size navy – they lose a battleship but gain 2 more destroyers. I think I like it because I just LOVE playing with more pieces. Thanks again. Oh, and thank you oztea for putting it together.

It will be done when it’s done.  It will either be the official setup or an alternate setup, for all three games.
