Basic training playtest

Here is my opinion about Rail Station Markers and Rail Markers.

Railing Units takes part in Non-Combat Movement. Any Land Unit can Move/Rail up 4 Territories. (I feel the range must be the same for all land units)
-It has to start in a territory with a Rail Station Marker, but can stop/off-load in a territory with a Rail Station Marker OR Rail Marker.
-The Rail Capacity is the same as the Territories IPC value. A Territory with a IPC value of 5 can rail up to 5 land units, this also the number of units it can receive. A territory with IPC value of example 3, can only Rail 3 or receive 3 railed units per turn/round. A territories Rail Capacity is the same as the territories IPC value.

Rail Station Marker Cost : 10.IPC (Can both Rail/Receive Railed Units)
Rail Marker Cost : 5.IPC (Can only Receive Railed Units)

Or to make it more easy:

Rail Station Marker [Cardbord] : Gives Land Units with a Movement of 2, +1 Movement and Land Units with Movement of 1, +2 Movement. This way you can Rail (Move) all Land Units, Infantry, Artillery, AA Guns, Mechanized Infantry and Tanks 3 Spaces/Territories. I think that would make sense.

@Thoes426 - Thank you for your hint, where to find the Global39 rules. That you like the game, sounds good for me. Hope, I ill get the map tomorrow.

@Tigerman77 - Yes, I will also read the rules in more detail - as I said before. If any further questions appear from that, it is good to know, that I can refer to you.

You folks can see like about 100 videos of the ongoing changes to Korea 6.25 War on you tube, Look up “Red Bull Tanker” on You Tube. Its all going on there… I cant send updated files since Doug will be producing the game. Very Sorry. But more good news is coming as im aloud to say something more.

Lesson 1

Teaching the movement of land and air units.

This is pretty easy except a few rules

#1 Blitzing

Teach this by Setting up a number of situations where you can blitz and you can’t blitz. Then tell them the rule and use some of the examples. Next get them to do some examples and then re-cap on the pieces movement and then come back to a few more examples and see if they remember how to do it if not read the rule and show them and then repeat.

#2 Landing a fig on a zone and then moving a cv to pick it up.

Try do this when you involve naval units

Lesson 2

Attack and defence dice and battles

Easy just use a battle board and if you don’t have one draw one up

Lesson 3

Practice

Use a set up with only the SU and Germany and play. Remind them of how to pmove when they make mistakes of movement

Set the board up with the territories that have units in them(note don’t use the units as what to place there I need to do some more play testing of this as a failed UKR attack on SU1 kills the game)

Also give each power a starting income of 40. Change the territories values like this. Germany: normal value + 2 Soviet Union: Normal value x 2 +1 (except Kazakh which is just double the normal value)

Turn order SU then Germany

Also Remove  all naval units

To win you need to take the other powers capital its a Berlin/Moscow race

That would be great! What would be even better is if my curent playtesters, I won’t mention any names cough TG cough would hurry up and finish this round of playtesting and give em the results. If they say that it is balanced, then I’l lput it up and you can play the final version, which would mean no looking for bugs, rather just having fun.
