wow, the axis tech rise has been epic.  took about 10-15 rounds for Germany/Japan to get 13 techs.  ouch.

Japan bought their first researcher on their 36th turn… that was 23 turns ago.

I just had crappy tech luck when I started… Germany got the 2nd Axis tech of the game on turn 47 after 31 Tech rolls  :-o

Germany had paid off the 6 damage last turn I just forgot to take it off the map.
