Let me know if the change in NCM for Germany after the war bond roll is alright. If you would prefer not changing NCM after war bond rolls that’s fine too but I’ll want to tweak Japan’s NCM a bid before UK goes.
NCM move after war bonds is fine as far as I’m concerned. given the amount of material on the board, the difference in a roll for war bonds is almost completely negligible.
