Yes, G2 DOW. I didn’t come up with this myself. I learned it from Arthur Bomber Harris. You secure and hold Leningrad on G3…1st build is G4.

Unless your doing a G1 attack on Russia you should not be able to produce in Lenegrad on G4.  The Russian player should be able to counter it.

G1 is my favorite because if you can beat the Allied planes from reaching Moscow its over.

Try buying more Bombers ;)

I do not know if you were referring to me or not. I produce 3 tanks on Leningrad nearly every game on G4 with a G2 DOW. Of I do not it is due to some bad dice the UK maybe got and a chance to make a play for Cairo or something. You are probably a better player than me. But I’m sure of my above statements.

Side note:
When playing Pacific, player 1 is Japan, player 2 US, and player 3 is UK and ANZAC undoubtedly.
But who should get China? Player 2 or player 3?

If he doesn’t do sealion before a war with Russia starts, use your air force to prevent it from ever happening. Also build a huge assault force to take out Italy (by far the weakest axis,) and plunder from them. This force can soon be used in liberating France. Make sure you do it before Germany can take out Moscow, so it is indeed like a race based on time. Also make sure that Japan doesn’t get too excited, but remember. If the Japanese player seems to not be interested in Russia and if you can build a navy to hold him back whatever Japan does is useless. Japan takes over China, ANZAC, and Pacific British income. Who cares? The Allies need to capture all the capitals, not all the cities. Like I said take out Rome then slowing lead to the fall of Berlin, then do some damage control in the Pacific and build a force to take out Japan. Also have the other allies to build planes to fly around and hit Japanese stuff, either their troops or boats.

I agree with both of u.

What I was suggesting is that German can have a good control on the fate of the uk navy, even if they leave z111 untouched.
I am not sure how to relate that idea with a grand German strategy yet. And, well, I am looking to see, if any friend here may have a creative plan to go.
