Convoy disruption question.

If you’re using 2nd edition, you don’t need anything from Alpha 3, as it’s all been incorporated into the 2nd edition.  Use the 2nd edition setups, which can be found here.

The suez and Panama canals have different sea zone #'s on either side of them but no white border seperating them, does this count as a free move through the canal?

The canal itself is not a space, but the two seazones are different and it does take 1 movement point to move from 98 to 81 and vice versa.

A unit’s attack and defense ratings indicate which numbers on the die rolls score hits.  For example, infantry, with an attack rating of 1 and a defense rating of 2, score hits when attacking on a 1 and score hits when defending on a 2 or less.

It doesn’t mention bonus $.  Can bonus $ still be collected?

Whats the ruling on your other NB/AB if you lose your capital. I see you noted can’t repair your own ships (skip that phase), but will your other NB’s still repair your allies ships? Also do you and your allies still get the +1 movement from your other AB & NB, if you have lost your capital.

My thought is that your AB/NB in other tt are still 100% functional as long as they are not damaged (you won’t be able to fix them). They still get +1 as far as movement (for all powers on your side), and can still repair allied ships (yours can’t be repaired as noted above),

Your thought is correct.

1)  It’s just the first one.

2)  Just the one.  There are no “neutral countries”.  Each neutral territory is independent.

With the German naval station in Western Germany you can bypass 110 and do a landing in seazone 109.

That too, although such an attack (if survived) is easier to block the next turn, where they german fleet has to go all the way back again (while even if they take UK they cannot use the naval bases there)
