Can Britain get IPCs from French land?

That happened in the actual war at one point, intentionally rather than because the CV was sunk I mean. USS Enterprise had a broken (front?) elevator and couldn’t land planes rapidly enough so they landed on Henderson Field in the Solomons campaign.

And really not sense…because any submarine comandant are going to be “on station” over a convoy and only look them until UK turn?..hehe…sorry…not sense…the convoy disruption must to be on the agressors time. Well, if the rules are in this way, just follow them.

The latest inclination is that an UNPROVOKED attack on the U.K. / DEI brings the U.S>A. into the war.  Mantlefan is right.

Before I believe it was just a declaration of war that would suffice.

Just to provide logical justification: air units can’t scramble to provide air cover for adjacent provinces because those provinces can have their own fighters and/or airbase.  Sea zones cannot, and the purpose of air bases in many cases is to help nearby fleets.

Oh that is SOOO sweet! Wish I had known that previously.  I had not attacked a French Destroyer for fear of losing the non-Aggression NO for letting FIC be free (figured it was all or nothing.)  Ah well, my fault for not checking first!

You only use a movement point when you cross a boundary between spaces.  Taking off from or landing on a carrier does not involve crossing such a boundary because both the carrier and plane are both in the same sea zone.
