Battle Board Casualty Zone Error

Yes, they can do that even if the powers are at war. The presence of a sub belonging to an enemy power does not block movement.

It wouldn’t add any more territories that aren’t already accessible from zone 97, and it would put all of Italy in double jeopardy.

i knew about the British flags i was just saying that they were over represented in Pac 40. But for once i would like to see the German Flag Prominent. I know that this will probably never happen but still, i would be cool.

No.  The transport must be accompanied for its entire move in order to be “escorted”.

As some players have said, the problem is not with the land territories, but with naval units.

Anyway AA is a working project and that is what fascinates me the most. Fauls tend to be corrected in future versions.

In a future map perhaps that aligment could be fixed and maybe Pacific and Atlantic could be wider.

The attack is way over 90 % but you will likely loose all of you inf and polly a bunch of mec infs and arts aswell (and if you are very unlucky a tank). And you wont take normandy in turn one. If it sinks you another battleship I would say its worth it.
