@chernobylime Good morning. Once the Sub has had its SUrprise Attack, all surviving enemy naval units can fire back. Air unite can only fire back, if a friendly DD is present.

question 1- when a submarine gets a hit on its surprise strike…does the defender still get there casualty shot? part2-can sea units(not destroyers)attack getting at least one shot on a sub before it submerges? question2 -can UK collect the ten ipc bonus income for both europe’s side and pacific’s side?(as long as they meet requrements)? thanx

Only if it’s a sub and the attacker has no destroyer.
