What's the first thing you'll do upon getting Europe 1940?

I am planning on hosting a tournament for Axis and Allies 1940 Europe 2nd Edition through TripleA. Anybody could enter and we will host it in a discord server. No one is mentioning what Italy is doing.Sending as many mech and tanks east to can-open ahead of German forces is popular.
Its good to battle the brits all over the med.Its more rewarding for Italys  income level.My mistake is trying to do both,and not succeeding at either before the American wave arrives in SZ 91.

I agree with Karl7 and wittmann here.
The bids are going mostly elswhere.

Has anybody played JUST a Europe game yet? I think I got a group of people to play this weekend, but they are new and seem to be concerned with the length of time it takes to play the game. I was thinking about playing just the European game instead since it should be quicker.

Has anybody played it? Was the game play as good as Global (smaller scale of course)?

How does E1940 compare with P1940?

Upon futher reflection on the map, I could see a major IC purchase for Romania being worth its weight in gold.  Buying mainly mechs from it, then moving to Ukraine with a small force of Italians will allow you to use the classic can opener threat from AA50.  Could be a good buy on G2 with the spare funds, or even on G1 if you really wanted to for a strong push on Russia G3.

the same goes for a rail system. in the future if i can i will incorporate a rail, and block house system for my A&A games. they would really add a new prospective.
