When was Pacific 1940 released?

I’m in EST. I can play almost anytime since I’m retired. Just let me know when you’re available and we can get going.

I believe their is a new rule where if Japan attacks before turn 4 US gets 30 IPC’s immediately. This helps a ton to balance out the map.

I can’t say for sure, but my understanding is the ships are much larger and will have difficulty fitting.
