I too have been toying with the idea of carrying over dice (not all, kinda like you have it, some sort of variable)

Well, I tried… really wish I could create a mechanic that will boost both naval bases as well as cruisers and battleships. Seems like AA capabilities is the only accurate solution but I doubt I would ever want that considering how much it changes the odds of opening strategies.

YG, you should make a list of potential SZ affected by opening round strategy.

You can have a special first turn suspended rule, such as no AA gun for BB or CA in first round.
On second round, additional rule start.

Other than the Russian bomber added to the setup, I highly doubt any of my group will want house rules for a game that we just started playing… especially with my history of changing the Global rules… LOL. Nice idea, but I probably won’t be able to introduce house rules until my group gets board of the game in a year or 2 (maybe even 3).

Ya I agree. You still need the T-34’s.

Larrys new NOs for US look exellent and look like they will balance game better becouse they will scale down US income if conditions are not met
