A&A old vs new vs Europe/Pacific together.

There is a modded map with ww2 era units that is fun to play.
Has alot of nations as well.
Ill link it. Thinks its world in flames or somthing along that lines. Really fun though i have no one to play with, so i just invade the other nations.
You start off with units and a few factories, oil drills and defenses.
Also has a nice year counter that opens up new unit production. Think there are a few super weapons (germany has V2 installation. Cant recall the others. Check it out and maby we can play some time.

I think I asked you for your Med map long ago.  I am working on a game and wanted to see what yours looked like. (I have always enjoyed your map style)

Here is a little sample pic I took when I first made some of these roundels.  I was using the smaller image roundels at the time.

Those look really good in the map but they are a bit weird compared to the other nation roundels maybe because of the color

Imagine the world map cut up into regions a la the A&A game board. You take turns moving resources, units, buying technologies, etc towards the objective of capturing opponents’ capital cities set in WWII. However, instead of rolling dice to determine conflicts as in A&A - you jump onto the battlefield and use the resources that were moved into the territory of conflict to play out a RTS battle. Being an A&A board game nut from my high school days AND a RTS fan, I absolutely consider it the best of both worlds.

Well I have at last finished (sort of) a map for A&A Europe that I am happy with (Hey it took only 17 years and was started even bfore there was a A&A Europe :lol: ) It is I can say quite nice I worked on expanding a 1 inch by inch square area to a 1 and 1 half inch square area effectively doubling the size of the map. For example Canada is now four territories (Ontario, manitoba, Quebec and the Maritimes (Which is actually an island group)). meanwhile the German player has to deicde if he will move toward the economic heartland of Russia or toward Moscow. I decided to keep the original values for the territories hence alot of empty spaces with no value except for getting you where you want to go. Further this put them in somthing resembling original geographic positions (For example Solvokia is the industrial heatland of Czecheslovakia (now two territories))

Now I am ready to turn my attention to Conquest of the Empire I was wondering if it was up to you what would you import into the game from the new A&A series. I was thinking of either using the convoy system or the Supply line introduced in A&A Pacific to represent things such as the Egyptian grain convoys. Any suggestions?

that sounds okay, we could just take over those canadian losers whenever we wanted anyway, so it could work. j/k j/k
