From the rulebook:

“New Chinese units can be mobilized on any Chinese territory that is controlled by China, including those captured in the current turn.”

Although US supplies the Artillery, it is considered to be Chinese.

It costs one movement point to cross any boundary, including from an island to its surrounding sea zone or vice versa.

Yes.  Loading and/or unloading uses a land unit’s entire movement, whether it can move one or two spaces normally.  It can load, unload, or both, but it can’t move before or after doing so.

If you ignore the tranny you can bombard if you take it out you cant.

As for your second question (with my limited experience) it seems that a sound US strategy is to build tons of subs and destroyers which forces Japan to counter thereby limiting land units for a china/india push. New Zealand/Queensland is a good place to stage them as the Carolines, DEI ,Philippines and Malaya are all in range. If you can pick off one of the islands with the US place as many units as you can spare into it on the UK/ANZAC turns (make it an airbase if not already)

Well there will be a new set of rules for the global game. It’s hard to say the impact that’ll have, though it’s good to get the question out early so them who make the rules will address it correctly.
