I don’t know but can find out. Really i just found these little games when i downloaded info from an old external hard-drive on my new computer. I have like 50 other game file/modules that i have also found , but pertain to Classic wargames like AH Third Reich, Stalingrad, D-Day, Battle of the Bulge, Waterloo, Victory in the Pacific, War at Sea, and countless others.

I even redid Shogun with cards and rules, map, etc

I want to say that this game is simply for alternate future and for entertainment. I do not want to offend anybody, nor do I support the Islamic State. This game is fictional and I hope you enjoy.

Basic Rules: Using one of the 4 Powers; ISIS, The Iraq/ Syrian forces, The U.S.A., and The Republic of Turkey. Each power has originally controlled territories. Each Territory has IPCs, and with those IPCs you can buy units (see What are IPCs?). When capturing a territory you earn the IPCs if you hold the territory until the end of the turn. Then using those units you try to strategically win the game. ISIS has no allies except for Palestine being a aligned neutral. ISIS has 2 moves in one turn.
ISIS has big boost of IPCs because of the oil that they have access to. Each territory that has an oil marker that they control at any point in game they can use it to sell some oil for IPCs. You can save these oil points up to convert to IPCs.Each oil point you receive each turn can then be sold for 2 IPCs. If you sell an oil point on a turn, you must use the IPCs that you earned form the oil the same turn. Oil points on the board are located under each territories IPC count. Only ISIS can make money from oil. Only 15 IPCs can be used per 2 turns from oil. If the number of IPCs that you earn from oil goes over 15 IPCs per 2 turns then oil runs out and you cannot sell oil until the number of IPCs you earn (not from oil) cancels out.
ISIS earns 1 infantry each turn due to “Recruiting”.

You do not need to conduct combat to move into allied territory. Allied troops can defend together but not attack together.

When is the new english version coming out.

I played my first game of Amerika last night. It was pretty easy to learn once I was finally able to remember which sculpts were the self propelled anti-aircraft units and and which ones were the self propelled artillery units. It took awhile to play because I was carefully going through every step and double checking to make sure I didn’t develop any bad habits as far as the rules go. I can see being able to play a game in under 2 hours including setup if you had 2 or 3 players who already knew how to play. That would be perfect for the lake in the summer when you go into the cabin to wait out a rainstorm. A&A on the other hand would be more of a whole day this is never going to clear up type of game.

It’s a good game and very well made. I picked up the Strategic Markers expansion set with the game but didn’t use any of the extra rules that come with the pieces so I could learn the game first and decide which rules and extra pieces would be appropriate to make it a better game. I did find the map a little small so I am going to get a bigger one for use at home on the big table. I like lots of elbow room and space to line up my tanks without using chips. In the game the Japanese got bogged down in the northwest with the allies holding the line at Hanford Nuclear Research Facility. They had better luck in the south moving inland and taking out Los Alamos NRF. The Germans made it as far as Detroit in the north and Nashville in the south but couldn’t capture Oak Ridge NRF. On the fifth turn the allies were lucky enough to roll big and go first, which meant that they had 2 turns in a row and were able to take back Los Alamos and 3 cities and accumulating enough points to win the game. If the axis would’ve went first on the fifth turn it would have been a different outcome and they might have won on the fifth or sixth turn. It all came down to that one roll…

I took a careful look at the Global War 1939 board that Coach is selling over on his new site… and I bought it!  I think it might be my favorite board that I’ve yet seen, and it might be big enough to combine with a complete Panzerschiffe navy.  When it arrives, I’ll break out my Panzerschiffes and check for compatibility.  If it works and if no one out there seems to have a more full naval line-up by this summer, I’ll probably start gradually working on adding to and painting my Panzerschiffes to create my ultimate navy.  Meanwhile, I’m going to wait and see what sort of piece sets are available by then between Coach, FMG, & TT before pulling the trigger…

I’ve seen all the boardgame geek stuff.  I was thinking more along the lines of a pdf file.  I’m mostly currious about the “new” techs and commando rules.  I guess I’ll just have to buy it off e-bay if I’m really that interested.

One could do the Spanish Nationalist/Loyalist war of the early/mid 30’s
