These German pieces look excellent! Any idea of a ball park release date FMG? I know you had said 4-6 weeks after each nation’s release, and that Italy was probably shipping in January, so does that mean were looking at a mid-February release?

FMG- I know you plan on doing both Black and Gray for the Germans, I was wondering if both colors will be done simultaneously, or will we have to wait for U.S. to be completed? Thank you.

Right now we are working on getting the Nations done and released as quickly as possible.  SPECIAL EDITIONS will be released later.

The FIRST Germany Units will be Grey

im sorry to say but doesent the greman head look a little too big?

omg i forgot to say how wounderfull these pieces are im foing to probly buy a second set to paint and put on desplay w/ a scale town. does any one know of some multi nation battles(ones that in clude ass many natinos that fmg will make?)

Is that a Deutshland class pocket battleship for the heavy cruiser piece?  Extremely cool.
It looks as though you stuck with the Graf Zepplin for the carrier and Bismarck for the battleship.  That’s good.  These look a lot nicer and more detailed than WOTC ships.  I was originally planning on getting the black Germans to supplement my current pieces, but now I am leaning toward getting the grey and simply replacing my WOTC pieces.  The FMG pieces will have so much more detail.

I just thought of something.  Will the second infantry sculpt have an MP 40?  That would be neat.  Didn’t one of the Italian infantry have a sub machine gun?

UK = Sten
USSR = Ppsh 41
Germany = MP 40
Italy = I don’t know
Japan = ???
ANZAC = probably Sten like UK
China = probably Thompson
France = ???

Japan =type 100 9mm

knp: The Free French used all manner of UK/UK weapons, the French resistence used many, many stens (it was almost kinda the standard air-drop to the resistence forces gun, as they were cheap and plentiful and light.)  If, however, you’re looking for a genuine French, used by regulars in the early war weapon…
There was at least one French smg, FYI, the MAS 38

btw, little piece of fun trivia: the pre-revolutionary French navy had a rather interesting naval jack: a plain white flag.  (No joke, they really did!)

FMG: Interesting choice, going for the “Pocket Battleship” as a cruiser.  Now we definitely have to have a Dunkirque Class French battlecruiser to respond to it!  (…and a Richelieu Class BB to respond to the Bismark…)  That’ll at least give the French SOMETHING useful to do past turn 2…

you do have a destroyer as well dont you FMG?
