    I fear I committed a few mistakes that turn.  :roll:

    In hindsight attacking with the Flying Tiger’s were one of them. At the time I didn’t think so.
    Well my initial mistake was the turn before. I didn’t count a bmb and though that a -40 average ipc swing in Yannan might deter you from attacking. Alas that bomber turned it into -25 and then the dice turned it into +10.
    So I realized if you could hold Burma, build an air base and build 3 bmb in FIC you would crush whatever I could put into India. I don’t even know if you needed the bomber build and/or the airbase but with that the outcome was given.

    The easy solution would have been to be less greedy, buy a counter-attack force in India and possible suffer from more SBR.
    The second mistake was not to realize that the first American airmen I should have tossed at that tank was the bmb in Queensland. The third and at the resolution if things the really bad one was bad logic: While the Chinese sacrifice and the British assault on Yannan both had ~75% chance to succeed so only about 1 time in 16 a British unit wouldn’t be blocking the path to Burma I had already witnessed the Tiger’s fail when it was time to decide to build with India. At that point the odds was just ~79% so I really should have build something able to counterattack.  :roll:

    I took a page from your playbook and didn’t spell out my mistake in the hope that you wouldn’t capitalize on it. Turns out you were in no hurry to capture India.  :-)

    Yeah, that move with the tank was a mistake. Could have hit Burma & Shan State and lost planes if the infantry hit.

    That you generally have to repair damage in Calcutta is what makes SBR so devastating there. One game I played my opponent built an IC in West India which I couldn’t bomb for quite a while.
