I literally could NOT see that destroyer underneath all the equipment on Gibraltar. It’s totally obscured. Obviously I would have attacked it if I had known it’s there because my whole move was predicated on moving stuff into S France. I wouldn’t have brought so much unnecessary overkill into W France had I realized that.
I’m asking if you mind if I re-do this turn. I know it’s technically my screw-up, but I think the poor layout of this game caused it at least as much as I did.

I see the confusion now.
I’m referring to redoing the turn for the US that is not yet posted and is in progress. You should have received emails from MARTI regarding the dice battles that have already been rolled.
Basically I attacked you in W France and brought a whole lot of unnecessary air power overkill that I would have sent against that Ital. destroyer that you moved in I7… had I known it was there. Because I couldn’t see the destroyer behind all the stuff I assumed that I would be able to reinforce S France with my navy and transports. To my surprise I couldn’t move my stuff when I went to do non-combat, and only then saw the very tip of the destroyer’s nose poking out from behind the Gibralter air base.
Admittedly, it’s partly my mistake. Had I read closely Italy’s posted non-combat moves I would have known the dd was there, or if I had looked more closely at the sea zone I would have seen the tip of the dd’s nose sticking out from behind the Gib. air base.
However, I think it’s also poor layout design on the game’s part. There’s no reason to bury the sea unit behind Gib.'s land units as there is lots of room there.
So basically I’m asking if I can redo my combat round for the US turn that’s currently in progress, i.e. take out that destroyer in sz 92 so I can move my navy in the non-combat round.
On the one hand I won all the battles handily, so you might benefit from re-rolling them (see MARTI emails), especially since now I have to commit some units to sz 92.
On the other hand if you don’t let me re-play the combat round you would benefit even more as I won’t be able to reinforce S France like I intended.
I’ll leave it up to you and won’t harbour any grudges no matter what you decide. I don’t do a whole lot of edits compared to some other players and usually accept my mistakes. However, this is one instance where I think a person can reasonably be forgiven for missing the dd considering how hidden it was.

OK. I posted this so you could see how hidden that dd in sz 92 was.
Also, I had to re-start a second time because it’s taken so long to get this straightened out that I forgot what my original moves were until after it got started.
I originally wanted my dd in sz 112, buy an air base, etc. etc. etc. There were two battles that got rolled before I re-started again, and kept them as is, which works for your benefit: your stupid dd in sz 92 got fluke dice and wiped out my attacking force. So this was all for nothing anyway.
Wow. This f’ing Gibralter dd fiasco has pretty much ruined this game for me. I guess I’ll finish this but I don’t even feel like playing it anymore. Whoever programed this really needs to fix it.

OK. I posted this so you could see how hidden that dd in sz 92 was.
Also, I had to re-start a second time because it’s taken so long to get this straightened out that I forgot what my original moves were until after it got started.
I originally wanted my dd in sz 112, buy an air base, etc. etc. etc. There were two battles that got rolled before I re-started again, and kept them as is, which works for your benefit: your stupid dd in sz 92 got fluke dice and wiped out my attacking force. So this was all for nothing anyway.
Wow. This f’ing Gibralter dd fiasco has pretty much ruined this game for me. I guess I’ll finish this but I don’t even feel like playing it anymore. Whoever programed this really needs to fix it.
Wow. I just downloaded the above file, and that’s nothing like it looked for me. The dd was completely behind all that stuff, like the air base, naval base, UK tank, etc. You could only see a tip of it, but it kind of looked like part of the UK tank. I don’t understand what this game does sometimes, I really don’t.
