    If you wanted to keep a destroyer alive until end the final round of combat should have been my tac fighter against your destroyer.  I used the the forum’s dice rolling tool to roll for that battle.

    The dice were on page 103.  Long story short it looks like we both rolled a 1 so it appears your transports would live.  Let me know if you want to re-roll that battle.
