I just don’t know the order of loss in carolines. The important thing is you followed the standard order of loss I think, first the double wounded units, then the subs, destroyers, finish the carriers, tactical bombers, cruisers and at last fighters.

Initially I did try to protect sufficient US carriers for some of my planes to land, as at that point I thought I would win the battle with a considerable fleet remaining. Clearly I should have been less cocky!
