I have to refer to the rules again. It is illegal to load 2 units on a transport and offload just one the same turn. I am talking about the USA TT moved from sz33 to 6 last turn taking Korea with inf. Either take with two, or keep mech in Car, or do not take Korea. I think we discussed this in one of our games.

hmm I thought I only unloaded 1 guy to carolines. well that’s what I meant to do. usually I try to keep dudes on transports unless the transports are in danger. don’t take korea then, keep both on the transport.
