Heres an even better feeling. Attacking UKR, getting 6 first round hits, taking two casualties, and then resisting the GER counterassault with 2 ARM remaining. Game over… my opponent just hasnt realized it yet.

Gencon is in Indy isn’t it? Unfortunately that’s too far for me. I may go to SoCal this year though, I just missed the last one. I got home right around the same week it was held.

Never went but I still have my original set of D&D booklets with all the little expansion booklets. I also have the first print edition of the Players Handbook and the the first print edition of the Dungeon Masters Guide and the first print edition of “Gods and Demigods” including Cthulhu mythos… -

I did not have time to get back into AD&D and instead did board games like Star Fleet Battles (http://www.boardgamegeek.com/game/1589).
Still have the AD&D stuff but really don’t have the time to do anything with it.
