Since I don’t have Europe I can’t really tell what to make of the convoluted Global alphas, and they weren’t configured for Pacific stand alone, so I would just stick with the Pacific alpha setups and rules. Links to the relevant info on the Alpha Pacific are in the thread below.

even AA42 rules still haven’t been released on the web. Krieg says when he finishes a FAQ for AAP40 he hopes WOTC will publish it along with the rules from both AAP40 and AA42.
