BTW I put a R info in China to see whether that caused a Dow, but just saw a post asking whether that constitutes R declaring war on J. Surely not?
More likely, the flaw is that J can attack that territory but the R inf does not participate?
You cannot attack a territory unless at war with all nations in it. Is not like a SZ.
Japan sees the UK/Anzac entering China as a DOW, so Russia doing it, ought to be the same.

Mmm! Looked at the rules and see “If the US isn’t at war, it can’t move its units into territories belonging to another allied power”. So possibly my R inf into China is illegal? But it’s debateable as R is at war, just not with J.
Where do the rules say UK/Anzac entering China is a DoW? Cannot find it.
