    1. China

    I removed 3 PUs beacuse the NO is changed to 3 not 6. This I dont understand:

    At the start of China’s turn, a Chinese infantry is spawned in each non-coastal Chinese territory under Axis control that is not garrisoned by at least 1 Axis land unit (i.e., infantry, marine, mech infantry, artillery, or armor). These “guerrillas” engage in combat wherever they are spawned and may not be moved until China’s next turn.

    so I have not edited this

    2 UK europe:

    They got their 5 NO for all areas, this is changed to 3 PU and they get 3 for no subs in atlantic and they get 3 for the med islands, malta, crete, cyprus

    I added 9-5 = 4 to UK europe

    3. UK pacific

    I added +3 for the sub NO

    4. ANZAC

    Their NO is changed from +5 for all areas to

    +3 for all areas
    +3 for the gilbert, fiji and samoa

    so I added +1

    5. Technically I think the Vichy rule set is activated. This means that the french cruiser and destroyer can not move and nort africa is pro axis. This is easy to edit if you want this or not. I just went ahead and did the usual stuff

    It does not affect china turn 1, but f. eks in later turns china control lets say hopei and at start of chinas turn japan has no units there, it means china will get one inf for free? Just poping up??? and then take control of the area?

    yeah, still unsure myself…. seems likethe rule for China. But not sure how the combat takes place?

    also, i don’t think we can continue with this - better to start again and use the version that should automatically turn Vichy France to Pro-axis neutral, do the Chinese infantry etc.

    We can continue to edit in, but seems like it would be a major pain don’t you think?

    For example, you should not have been able to move your French fleet from Southern Europe, as it would now be Vichy France
