Games are counted on the day they are reported/finished, so there is some latitude if both players agree on which year they want it to count
If there is not agreement, I will count it in the year VC conditions were met or 1 player clearly resignedThis year (2016) is the transition year. It is a 14 month year that started 11/1/15 and finishes 12/31/16, this Saturday. The purpose of the transition year is to bring us to a calendar year January to December year every year. The main reason for this is to avoid the confusion that comes from a non-calendar year. Now 2017 will really mean 2017.
So unless players, under mutual agreement, ask otherwise, game results reported through Saturday will be in 2016. With the New Year 2017, we will also have clean slate league rankings
I will take this time to encourage everyone who hasn’t really read the league rules, to do so. They will be very similar for 2017

Yes! Lost Moscow and then India. Regained India then lost it again lol but allies remained strong with America making over 100. Still think axis could continue and maybe try for a pac win, but I’m guessing abh felt otherwise as far as his chances and opted to let the dice decide in the final showdown in Normandy.
