Haha. A confession: whenever I play balanced mod against Adam, I always end up thinking the mod must be broken in favor or whatever side he’s playing. Then we switch sides and it happens all over again. Sigh

I think the rules should be different.
like if Germany is taken out japan cant win the war with the victory city’s!
theres no way the axis can win this war if it was real life.
allies are to big and strong.

Dawgonit, just FYI, in Balanced Mod, that would not have been an Axis victory. Since Germany has fallen, Japan would have to take 7 (instead of 6) VCs in order to win the game.
