anyways scramble all and use all kamikazies. first the four fighters, then the bomber then the tac bomber
if for some reason that’s against the rules bc they are planes then just take out ships starting w transports and then carrier, battleship, etc

However to compete in the league I recommend you study the rulebook. You should know the rules. Do you know where to download it?
Kamikazes can only be used to attack surface warships. Thus no planes, subs and transports can be hit.
I will assign the hits like I would do it.
3 on the battleship and 1 on each of the other ships.
If you are fine I would collect some advice which will help you to get into this faster.
