Scramble 3 fighters please.
Important: You cannot take the loaded transport into the seazone during combat move phase because the loaded units are not conducting an amphibious assault. There is no benefit in so doing anyway. If you want to take Yugo or Greece you can simply do the combat first and take the during non combat movement phase.

the edit mode was because I thought fighters could land on new carriers but then they disappeared then I found out you could not. so then I edited to add the fighters back to india and move the battleship over. Taranto was a disaster for me haha it will be fun to rebound.

You in fact can land planes on newly build carriers. I guess this was a problem with that changing ownership thing after UK pacific units were build. I will check this out.
But as round 1 is not complete yet, Ill give you another advice;)
There is no merit to put the fighters on the carrier. They can stay at India and have 1 additional movement from there. so in terms of range it is the same anyway. -

And another piece of advice (still round 1:D)
You should be more careful with your casualty choice. In sz97 you took off the tac after round 1 and kept the damaged carrier. The suggestion by tripleA is purely oriented on the cost of the units which is often not the right thing to consider.
However look what happened in sz97. You kept the carrier with an attack value of 0 and took the tac off which had an attack value of 4!
So always carefully check the casualty choices.
