Yeah, we may as well upgrade to *.9. Minor version updates should still work with one another. The patch notes say that *.9 fixed a bug that caused you not to be able to retreat from naval battles or some such.

Well I searched and searched for naval bombardment rules and couldn’t find my answer, so I went with it. That shit did not work out well for me.
It’s in the amphibious assault rules. Cruisers roll a 3 and battleships a 4 only on the first round, and only if there’s no naval battle to distract them. You can only roll as many cruisers/battleships as you have people landing. If you have 30 battleships (holy shit), but are only landing 4 troops from 2 transports, only 4 battleships may fire.
