  • How about a BM 3 CMF with a bid pott?

    We select for each power a certain bid and when you roll the power, you will also have the
    amount of the bid as a start up.

    Or we select a bid pott size (i. e. 30 ipc) and if you are first you get to take out as much you think you need to a certain limit we choose.

    Just a few random thoughts.

    Also not sure what the bid pott idea actually means Kevin? Is this because BM3 is still not regarded as balanced?

    CMF = Combat Move First

    The pott for a bid was just an idea to make this game more individual for us alone.
    No, the BM is pretty close to be balancing for G40 games.
    Just my two cents.

    I am ok with the highest is G & I and so on.


  • Thanks Kevin. That sort of invites me to get on with the original plan, but I will hold off for a couple of hours in case anyone wants to say otherwise.

    CMF has been briefly discussed in a not very positive way in the past, so unless someone else expresses an opinion before I come back I will stick with the usual turn mechanics.

    Personally I am happy to do anything, so if anyone has a preference they should speak up.
