I kept the destroyer in 46 after I didn’t destroy everything in one round. I had never even thought about retreating, going into it, but it turned out to be a kind of sweet move.
You wouldn’t keep the plane because I would definitely retreat and the plane would be lost and you would have nothing.
I figured you would keep the destroyer because it was unlikely you would go 3/3 and sink my sub (which you did), and you don’t really need a damaged carrier down there. I guess change it to a damaged carrier if you want, but I think you want the destroyer.I guess it’s better for me to have the 4 ships at a naval base in the middle of the Pacific ocean where they will get repaired immediately. Reminds me of a G1 battleship hit and run back to 112, but funny thing is I wasn’t planning on retreating.

Did you not want to attack the sub in 112? I wondered if your undo from 125 messed up Triple A.
You told me that 1 US fighter is on a UK carrier in 112 (impossible for it to be anything else) but if anything you need to declare what the UK fighters are on. Because you could land USA air on carriers next turn
