I figured out the problem, your airbase is bombed out, so you’re not able to scramble.
Not sure how you want to play this; I know how hard it is to see the facilities’ damage.
If you staged the fleet there expecting to have air cover then you should make some adjustments.
If you approve of me making adjustments, then I’ll reduce a transport or units I bought last round for Britain to pay for the airport repairs. Being new and all, I politely request to make this change :-) Thanks.
that’s fine, go ahead. I think you have to be 1 or 2 damage to have a functioning airbase.

So, here is what happened.
I edited 4 PU and went from 31 to 27. Then I realized I didn’t know how to reduce damage in edit mode to the airport. So then I restored the PUA and tried to remove a sub, but the edit mode wouldn’t let me. So I deleted the airport and then added it again,giving it 0 damage.
So, after you make your turn, this is what will happen. Regardless of what happens, on Britain’s turn, I plan to take off a transport and give myself back 2 IPCS (5 of those pay for the damage to the airport).
