The fighters in Anwhei are already making my head spin as is. I don’t know that I’ve seen an fighter stack that deep in China this late in a game. The Japanese are hopelessly stalled. Serves them right for thinking they could push early. The flying tigers are clearly balking at the Manchuria move.

Yeah I’m not really upset by the dice. I have nobody to blame but myself hehe. The truth is that I made some rather regrettable assumptions about your level of experience based on the bid and the way UK opened. You’re playing an excellent game, whereas I set myself up for dissapointment with decisions I made on J1. And then really screwed myself with lackluster positioning by both Axis powers the following round. Basically I backed myself into a corner, into a situation where now I actually need the rolls to have any chance of recovery, and of course that’s never where Axis want to be lol.
Don’t worry, I’ll play to the last. Hurling bodies at the problem until the final defeat.

Hehe one can hope, but unfortunately the Axis have completely lost the initiative at the center. It will be enough at this point just to try and hold Berlin and one other VC to prevent your 10 VC win for a few more rounds. My German armor will be needed to defend the fatherland soon, so playing chicken with the Russians in Belo is just a formality. In an alternate universe Japan might have been in a position to take over as the Germans withdrew, but that’s unlikely to happen here, since I can already see the Allies slowly creeping back into the Pacific. It’s like watching a trainwreck in slow motion. Still, I enjoy the game, and will play on to see how long we can draw it out. Who knows, I might catch a break somewhere and bloody the Allies on defense at the very end. Just to close with a bang hehe
